Marquette, MI – September 4, 2020 – On our latest Upper Peninsula Health Plan update, we heard from Lindsey Havel, RN, Clinical Services Manager at UPHP with information about the respiratory flu and vaccines.
Havel began with an explanation about what the respiratory flu really is and what are the symptoms to be aware of. She then shared some good information about what can people do to prevent getting the flu this season?
Havel also talked about when should individuals be vaccinated for the flu and who needs one, as well as where individuals can go to get a flu vaccine.
