Marquette, MI – April 24, 2024 – The Peninsula Arts Appreciation Council is presenting “Heathers the Musical,” Thursday, May 2nd through Saturday, May 4th at the Masonic Red Room Theater in Marquette.
The production is based on the late ’80’s dark comedy film of the same title starring Christian Slater and Winona Ryder and Christian Slater.
Gladwell said the show puts an unique spin on the story of misfit Veronica Sawyer and the biggest clique at Westerberg High known as “the Heathers”.
Genovese talked about his role as the story’s protagonist, J.D., and explained what he enjoys about the role.
All shows are at 7:00pm, and children under the age of 17 are suggested to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
