Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A former Marq-Tran bus driver accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct has been found not guilty on all counts.
62-year-old William Arbelius of Negaunee was facing three counts of second degree CSC for an alleged assault of a mentally challenged 29-year-old female passenger on the bus he was driving.
Arbelius was arrested on the charges in March.
The jury found Arbelius not guilty on all counts after about two and a half hours of deliberations yesterday.
He faced up to 15 years in prison for each count.
