Marquette, MI – February 8, 2024 – Winter Carnival activities are underway on the campus of Michigan Tech University in Houghton.
Dlugos explained that the annual celebration highlights winter themed events on campus and features snow statues built by student groups that bring visitors to Houghton from around the world.
He said although the current warm weather and lack of snow has forced a few changes to locations for some activities, scheduled events will be happening throughout the weekend, and encouraged all to visit Houghton to take it in.
