Marquette, MI – May 8, 2019 – The Negaunee Miners travels to Marquette today to face the Redettes this afternoon in a varsity softball game. The two teams will meet at the Lions Field in Marquette Township where they will play a double header .
Yesterday the Miners clutched a big victory, winning 6-2 over the Calumet Copper Kings. Today, the Miners hope to have that same good fortune during this afternoon’s game. Tune in on your local sports station, Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 & 99.9 to catch all of the softball action. Luke Ghiardi and Tyler Young will start things off around 3:00pm with a Pre-game Show live from Lions Field. The guys will introduce both the Miners and Redettes rosters before talking about what they expect to see in tonight’s game.
Around 3:30pm the teams will take the field to start game one of two. Luke and Tyler will have all of the play-by-play action live on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 & 99.9!
