Negaunee Mi – October 23rd, 2025 – The Negaunee Miners hosted the Iron Mountain Mountaineers. Needing a win for postseason hopes, Negaunee dominated, running all over Iron Mountain. By halftime, the Miners had built a commanding 38-0 lead, with Broc Bonovetz scoring four touchdowns. Bonovetz put on a show for the Miners’ rescheduled homecoming football game.
In the second half, the Miners controlled it similar to the first half and had a running clock. This offered other players to get some reps and game experience. In the end, the Miners won 44-7 and improved to 6-3 on the season. Negaunee will now have to wait to see if they did enough to make the postseason. Click this link to find the broadcast.
