Beef, Chicken, Pork, Venison……I don’t care – the more the better!
That being said, meat needs a little help from time to time. I’ve developed a BBQ Sauce that anyone can make that’s sweet, tangy and thick enough to stick to any piece of animal!! I call it “One Cup.” Here’s why…..
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Bourbon
1 Cup Brown Suger
Boil the alcohol out of the Bourbon on low – medium heat in a saucepan (about 10 min.) Add the Ketchup and Brown Sugar and simmer until thick. You may want to add a little Corn Starch to make it thicker – you might not. Add to meat and EAT!!!!
