Negaunee, MichiganNovember 14, 2018 – Well, I did it. I graduated from the “40 Days to Personal Revolution” program, created by yogi master Baron Baptiste.

My fellow graduates and I celebrated the culmination of the program last night with an upbeat yoga flow class, a few shares of how the program went for each of us, and an uplifting speech by our leader, Lori Jokinen (she is an amazing individual, by the way!).

A HUGE thanks to Lori, and a HUGE thanks to Bri Salmela, Owner/Operator of Honor Yoga studio in Negaunee. The entire experience was incredible. It’s definitely a program that you must continue with throughout your life if you truly want to continue to feel the benefits (otherwise, you’ll just keep on doing the things you did before – and who wants to do that? Not me!).

Theme: Triumph

Homework:  90 minute yoga practice every day for 6 days.  Meditation 30 minutes twice a day. Journal on book questions and what comes up. Balancing diet: Fresh, whole foods. Read Week #7 in book.

Week #7:

Theme: Celebration

45 minute Yoga Flow class was taken, experiences were shared, and prizes were won!
