Preparation for the high school football season continued on Thursday morning as the Negaunee Miners and the Kingsford Flivvers conducted their annual scrimmage.
Numbers for both Varsity and JV are strong for both teams with Negaunee pushing 30 on the Varsity and 30+ on the Junior Varsity.
The new indoor practice facility will be open on September 8th
The Season opener is Thursday August 25th at home against Iron Mountain, the JV squad travels to Iron Mountain on Wednesday the 24th.
