Marquette, MI – September 10, 2026 – On our latest Healthier Together Thursday, The Superior Health Foundation shared the word out about their Breast Health Fund and how it helps people across the U.P. with cancer related expenses.
Rori Bordeau, SHF Communications Officer, spoke about the fund with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Bordeau explained the fund provides direct assistance to individuals who face breast health-related medical expenses, including those who are either uninsured or underinsured, face high deductibles or co-pays, or need financial support for medical and travel-related costs associated with their breast health treatment.
She added that the SHF Breast Health Fund is administered by the Marquette County Health Department and more information can be found at the Superior Health Foundation website.
