
Marquette, MI – May 16, 2025 – On our latest update with Active Physical Therapy, we heard about the importance of having good ankle and hip mobility to reduce lower back injury.
Kangas explained the the connection between stress on the low back and hip and ankle mobility and what that mobility is. He also talked about how lack of mobility in one or both of these areas can increase stress placed on the spine when someone squats or bends down.
Kangas also shared some good tips for what someone should do if they are concerned about their mobility limitations.
