Marquette, MI – July 16, 2024 – On our latest update from Active Physical Therapy we learned about overuse injuries and how they can be avoided and treated.

Anna Howes, Dr. of Physical Therapy at Active’s Marquette Clinic, spoke about the injuries with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Howes explained what an overuse injury is and what should someone do if they have one.

She also talked about therapeutic movement and what it is and what someone needs to know when to move with an injury or not.

Howes also outlined some ways to try to prevent overuse injuries from occurring and how physical therapy can help with overuse injuries.
