Marquette, MI – September 26, 2023 – On our latest Active Physical Therapy Update, Kristy Kerkala, from Active’s Ishpeming location, discussed ACL injuries and treatments.
Kerkala spoke about the ACL and the common injuries and treatments with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kerkala explained that ACL is an acronym commonly used to refer to the Anterior Crucial Ligament in the knee.
She outlined some of the most common injuries and some of the therapies used in treatment and recovery.
Kerkala wrapped up with some good tips to follow to try to prevent an ACL injury from happening.
