Marquette, MI – September 2, 2022 – September is Healthy Aging Month to raise awareness about the importance of self-care, health and wellness as we grow older.
Lindsey Havel, UPHP Clinical Services Manager spoke about the month with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Havel said UPHP’s Healthy Aging Campaign promotes good physical and mental health habits, healthy eating, regular visits to a doctor, and safety in our everyday lives.
She shared a series of tips on how to have good physical health and dietary habits and to increase personal safety as you age.
