Van Horn spoke about the benefits this week with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
She shared some of the best techniques to do deep breathing and how often you should do it.
Van Horn also talked about how taking the time to do some effective deep breathing can benefit your nervous and immune systems, and simply help calm you in general.
