Marquette, MI – (11/12/19) – The Marquette City Commission is holding their post-election re-organizational meeting tonight. Marquette City Manager Mike Angeli joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to preview the session.
Angeli said oaths of office for three-year terms for newly elected Commissioners Evan Bonsall and Andrew Lorinser will be administered, and Commissioners will be electing a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem. The Commission will also be formally adopting the 2019 meeting schedule.
Angeli also shared an update on the status of Lakeshore Boulevard projects that are combatting shoreline erosion along Lake Superior
Tonight’s meeting gets underway at 7:00 o’clock at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall on Baraga Avenue.
