MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Jack LaSalle, a man who’s name is synonymous with organized labor and the Democratic Party in Upper Michigan, stopped in today to share his thoughts on the current right to work controversy at the State Capitol in Lansing, MI.
LaSalle visited The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to chat about right to work laws and their history in both Michigan and United States labor history. He also discussed the residuals of the laws as they affected states in which they were enacted.
LaSalle also brought up his displeasure of the process in how this particular legislation was announced, created and ultimately passed in record time by the lame-duck (or as he calls it, the “lame-brain”) session.
