
Marquette, MI – October 9, 2026 – The Marquette Symphony Orchestra is celebrating 30 years of making music in the community with their latest performance this weekend. The MSO is performing 7:30pm this Saturday at Kaufman Auditorium in Marquette.
Más-Arocas outlined some of the highlights of the performance entitled, “Everything Beautiful and MSO Side-By-Side: Flagello, Bonds and Dvorak”, adding there will be a special part of the evening that will feature students from Marquette and Negaunee High Schools performing with the symphony.
Octavio also talked about his recently-announced decision that he will be stepping down from the podium at the end of this season after 10 years as the MSO Musical Director and Principal Conductor.
