MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Nobody picked all six numbers in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, meaning the jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing will be a new record.
The jackpot is already sitting at $425 million dollars for Wednesday, but that will likely grow just a bit as more people line up to buy tickets.
The odds of winning stand at roughly one in 175-million. The Powerball is played in 42 states.
The winning ticket of the last jackpot to eclipse $300 million was sold in downstate Lapeer County.
