Marquette, MI – July 13, 2026 – The Marquette City Commission has a regular meeting this evening.
In a primarily administrative session, the Commission will be acting on the agreement for a $1.6 million dollar state D-N-R grant to rebuild parts of the Cinder Pond Marina damaged by ice last winter.
The Commission will also be holding a public hearing on a series of proposed changes to the City’s Land Development Code. Tonight’s meeting is at 6:00 o’clock at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall.
