Marquette, MI – November 3, 2026 – The Economic Club of Marquette County is hosting their next dinner speaker for the 2026-2027 season this Monday evening, November 9th, in Marquette.
Houghton said the evening will feature Brendan P. O’Connor, the Chief Operating Officer at Interlake Maritime Services. That is a family of maritime companies that includes The Interlake Steamship Company, the largest privately held shipping company on the Great Lakes.
She explained that the dinner will be at the Holiday Inn of Marquette and will begin with a social hour at 5:30pm. That is followed by dinner at 6:30pm and the speaker at 7:30pm.
