Marquette, MI – July 14, 2025 – The Marquette City Commission has a work session and regular meeting coming up this evening.
Marquette City Manager Karen Kovacs spoke about the meetings with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Kovacs said the work session is at 5:00pm at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall and will be focusing on a proposal to develop an 11-unit apartment building at 401 W. Washington Street.
The regular meeting will begin at 6:00pm in Commission Chambers, and Commissioners will be considering awarding a contract to a firm for an in-depth study of traffic patterns around the former Marquette General Hospital site as it is currently under redevelopment.
