Marquette, MI – October 3, 2024 – The Superior Health Foundation has wrapped up their Annual Gala Celebration and is ramping up their latest initiatives.
SHF Executive Director Megan Murphy shared the full update with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Murphy said the Gala was very successful with about 400 people in attendance and the event raised about $16,000 for the Northern Lights Child Advocacy Center. She added that planning has already begun for next year’s gala to make it better than ever.
Murphy also shared an update about the SHF’s Painting the Peninsula Pink initiative and how it benefits their Breast Health Fund.
She also put thew wraps on the Foundation’s Fall and Pediatric Mental Health grants and talked about the next round of grant funding they are working on.
