Marquette-Alger RESA Seeking Early Childhood Substitute Teachers

Marquette, MI – July 11, 2024 – The Marquette-Alger RESA is putting the call out for substitute early childhood teachers.

Lyndsay Carey, Marquette-Alger RESA’s Director of Early Childhood Education, spoke about the effort with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Carey explained what substitute teaching in early childhood looks like and why it is important.

She also outlined some upcoming programs being hosted by Marquette-Alger RESA to help out those interested in learning more about becoming an early childhood substitute teacher.
