Marquette, MI – November 9, 2023 – A sure sign of the holiday season is the ubiquitous Salvation Army Red Kettle sidewalk bell ringers, and the campaign starts up this week.
Detmers discussed what the money raised goes for with year-long Salvation Army programs including those that get toys in the hands of children in the area for Christmas.
She added that there is room for more bell ringers in Marquette County, and anyone interested can sign up at the Register To Ring website.
