Marquette Area Blues Fest Returns Next Weekend In Downtown Marquette

Marquette, MIAugust 26, 2021 The Marquette Area Blues Fest is back this Labor Day Weekend in downtown Marquette after a year off due to the pandemic.

Marquette Area Blues Society President Mark Hamari and Festival Director Mark Stonerock shared the latest event update today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Hamari outlined the weekend’s entertainment lineup and explained that the Blues Fest runs September 3rd through the 5th at Marquette’s Mattson Lower Harbor Park.

Stonerock said tickets are available now through Northern Michigan University’s ticketing services and at various locations in Marquette, and all information about the weekend is one the Marquette Area Blues Society website.

He added that volunteers are still needed for several aspects of the Blues Fest, and anyone interested can sign up via the volunteer forms on the MABS website.
