
Marquette, MI – May 11, 2021 – On our latest Active Physical Therapy update, we learned more about plantar fasciitis, which is the most common cause of heel pain.
Sadler explained that it is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, or the thick band in the bottom of your foot, that runs from the bottom of your toes to the front of your heel bone.
He talked about both the cause and symptoms of plantar faciitis and what some good treatment options are to consider, including a planned regimen of physical therapy.
