Multiple Services And Other Assistance Available For Marquette County Veterans

Marquette, MI – May 6, 2021 – A wide array of support services are available for eligible veterans in Marquette County, ranging from help with tasks and transportation to financial assistance.

George LaBlonde and Jim Provost with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Marquette County shared the details of some of the key programs today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

LaBlonde and Provost talked about the Marquette County Soldier-Sailor Relief Program and how veterans in need in the county can get involved.

They also shared updates about the Marquette County Veteran Transportation Program as well as the Veteran Support Program.
