Marquette, MI – April 26, 2021 – The Marquette City Commission meets this evening and will finalize the purchase by the City of a residential property along Lakeshore Boulevard.
Angeli said the agreement for the purchase of the property and house at 702 Lakeshore Boulevard has been negotiated and the sale should be agreed to tonight.
Angeli also said Commissioners will also be acting on the sale of a portion of city property to the Ore Dock Brewing Co. for the development of a proposed outdoor beer garden and entertainment space.
The Commission will also be taking up a permit for the Noquemanon Trail Network to build and maintain a bicycle playground course at Tourist Park.
