Marquette, MI – October 20, 2020 – The U.P. Builders Show will not be held this March in Marquette. The Marquette Builders Exchange and the Home Builders Association of the U.P. have partnered for the show since the 1970’s.
Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of the U.P., Sarah Foster, joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today with an update on the show and it’s future.
Foster said this year, the groups, citing current uncertainties and changes, examined the show and their mission statements and decided to end the partnered U.P. Builders Show.
She added that the HBA will be holding their own home show this spring, while the Builders Exchange will continue to offer benefits to members more in the commercial side of the construction industry.
Both groups say more details will be coming soon.
