Marquette, MI – October 2, 2020 – Today we wrapped up the Kickstart Your Fall Giveaway. All week Mark Evans and Walt Lindala have been registering semi-finalists on their morning show. With the last of the finalist registering this morning, the guys ended their show by selecting our winners!
To keep everyone safe, we did the giveaway the same as last time! Rather than holding a party at River Rock Lanes, we turned it into a week long event, choosing the winners live on-air.
50 semi-finalist invitations were sent out by mail inviting registrants to call Mark and Walt on-air during a specific day to sign up. We had five great prizes to give away, but ultimately only one person would win the Kawasaki KLR 650 dual-sport motorcycle from Dr. Doug’s Auto Repair! Collecting the keys to the 2007 Kawasaki is Josh Argall from Ishpeming. Josh will be in on Tuesday to pick up his new ride! Cade Tank from Marquette received a gift basket from Tadych’s Econo Foods. Three Swick Gold Star Service Packages were also given out to Deana Ventre of Ironwood, Anna Schweitzer of Marquette and Pamela Harry of Marquette.
