Thanks to everyone who helped support our veterans this season.
Marquette, MI –December 20, 2019 – After a staggering response from the community we delivered hundreds of donations to DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans this afternoon for the annual Christmas is for Veterans. We were blown away this year by the generosity of our loyal listeners and the community.

During yesterday’s giveaway party for the Living Room of Your Dreams from Interiors by Design we received additional donations for the veterans pushing the total items to well beyond our previous record!
There were so many donations this year that the DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans will be spending the next few days sorting the gifts into categories before they are made available to our local vets! Today during the annual party, veterans enjoyed live Christmas music, cookies and punch, and of course, photos with Santa!
Our staff was joined by representatives from Art Van Household Appliance and Super One Foods. Both locations paired up with us to raise awareness in supporting our local veterans and this great annual event. Thank you to everyone who helped give a little back to those who gave so much in the past fighting for our country!
