Marquette, MI – December 18, 2018 – There are just a few more days to get your donations in for the annual D.J. Jacobetti Christmas is For Veterans holiday celebration. Local businesses all over Marquette County have set out boxes to make dropping off your gifts easy!
Each year Sunny.FM 101.9 participates in this holiday tradition and we ask that our listeners join us! Give back to those who helped fight for our freedom. Purchasing just one item off the 2018 Christmas Wish List for our veterans can help change someone’s Christmas for the better. Visit any of the locations listed below to find a box where you can drop off your items from the Christmas is for Veterans Wish List. You can’t miss the brightly wrapped donation boxes; they’re easy to spot and usually near the building’s entrance.
This Friday, we’ll move all of the donations over to the D.J. Jacobetti Home For Veterans and put on a big Christmas party with tons of gifts and some traditional Christmas carols. Watch for pictures and a story right here on Sunny.FM!
