Marquette, MI – October 16, 2018 – Sunny.FM’s Kelsey Reyes and Great Lakes Radio’s Front End Developer Lauren Bareiss went over to Northern Michigan University for the 2018 Fall Job Fair this afternoon. The two set up a table and represented the station, promoting a Computer and Network Technician position as well as a Multi-Media Internship.
Lauren and Kelsey had a great time chatting with Northern students and handed out free lunches from Wendy’s or Hardee’s, plus free station stickers!

Seeing Northern Waters Kayak Tours at the job fair was pretty cool!
There was a great turn out this event for students and businesses!
We had law enforcement agencies from as far away as Green Bay and Kalamazoo.
The NMU Job Fair really gives students a chance to see what is out there and help businesses fill open positions.
The Michigan State Police and their giant "gum ball"
There were a few different local camps looking for counselors too.
The Criminal Justice and Aviation majors were out in force.
We also saw the United States Army and Navy!
Even Fox Motors Traverse City was here.
Those Outdoor Rec majors were having a good time chatting to Fish & Wildlife.
