Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette County man has been jailed on Criminal Sexual Conduct charges.
35-year-old Dennis Forbes of Gwinn has been charged with 1st Degree and 2nd degree CSC involving a victim under the age of 13.
The arrest comes after an investigation by authorities into a report of an alleged sexual assault in West Branch Township.
He is currently lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
