Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Hannahville Indian Community and officials with the Island Resort and Casino have announced plans for a major renovation of their facility in Harris, MI.
According to a statement released today, the Tribal Council has approved a two-year project featuring major expansions and renovations.
The plans include the construction of a second championship golf course and a full-service spa.
Also in the works is a renovation of the existing Island Bar into a major sports bar venue, renovation of the bingo hall, re-design of the exterior hotel entrance and various enhancements to the entire facility.
