Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette County man has been arrested on 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct charges.
50-year-old Cory Steven Pierce of Gwinn was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office.
The warrant was issued after a report of Pierce having inappropriate contact with a neighborhood girl under the age of 13.
He was lodged in the Marquette County Jail and faces up to 15 years in prison, if convicted.
State Police and the County Sheriff’s Office are assisting with the investigation and anyone who may have information related to the case is asked to contact the Forsyth Township Police Department.
