Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Governor Rick Snyder delivers his fifth ‘State of the State’ message to a joint session of the Michigan Legislature tonight.
During the speech Snyder is expected to highlight past successes of his administration and he will ask lawmakers to build on those successes.
Snyder also is expected to discuss improving services to Michigan’s most vulnerable residents.
Another focus will be addressing a projected deficit of about $325-million in the state general fund for 2015.
The governor’s speech will begin at 7 p.m. eastern tonight.
