Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Full-blown winter appears to be upon us in the new year, and the YMCA of Marquette County is ready.
Matt Deal, Community Engagement Leader at the YMCA of Marquette County, joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today for “Y Wednesday” and updated listeners on the latest wintertime activities at the Y.
Deal talked about family-based programs along with some seasonal wellness efforts for all members to use.
He also reminded area residents that while schools are closed due to inclement weather, the YMCA will have activities available for youth to enjoy.
He also talked about the need for people to get involved with their mentoring programs that are on the horizon as well.
