Two-Vehicle Accident In Marquette County Injures Two

    Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – State Police at the Negaunee Post are continuing the investigation into a weekend two-vehicle crash in Marquette County.

    The accident happened around 9:45 p.m. Friday on M-95 near County Road 601in Humboldt Township.

    Troopers say a southbound 2007 Chevy Cobalt, driven by an Iron River woman, crossed the center line and collided with a northbound 2010 Toyota Corolla, driven by a Florence, Wisconsin woman.

    Two people in the Cobalt were taken to the U.P. Health System Marquette Emergency room for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

    Two people in the Toyota were not injured. No names have been released at this time.
