Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The 11th Annual Marquette Area Blues Fest is coming this weekend to the Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Marquette Area Blues Society President Mark Hamari joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to encourage the public to take part in the event by volunteering to help out and enjoying the music.
Hamari explained that some volunteers are still needed for the festival and that if you agree to work two four-hour shifts during the festival time period, you can get your ticket price reimbursed and get a free festival T-shirt.
He also talked about the musical lineup, vendors, food and drink and more that will be available for folks to enjoy this weekend.
