    The more sleep you get, the better your body will be at combating cancer. Melatonin, a powerful anti-cancer antioxidant, is produced while we sleep. So the more sleep we get, the more melatonin will be released into our systems. In fact, people whose wake-and-sleep rhythms are disrupted can have as much as 70 times greater a risk for developing cancer. So, get your rest every night.
