The state will have almost $700 million in unanticipated revenues to operate with as lawmakers finalize the 2013-2014 budget. That, according to state officials and top economists, is on the heels of Wednesday’s revenue estimating conference at the State Capitol.
The officials say that the revenue represents upward adjustments made not only Wednesday, but also at the previous estimating conference in January. Increases in revenue are for both the General Fund and the School Aid Fund.
