MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Charges have been filed in the case of a reported stabbing Monday evening in Iron Mountain.
The stabbing was reported just after 6 p.m. central time at a residence on the west side of the city. 31-year-old Erich John Lindlbauer of Iron Mountain was charged in the stabbing of 30-year-old Joseph Spade.
He is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled substance and being an habitual offender-fourth offense.
Lindlbauer is scheduled for a preliminary examination on April 16.
