MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Iron Mountain Police responded to a reported stabbing yesterday evening.
The call of the stabbing came just after 6 p.m. central-time yesterday from a residence on the west side of the city.
Police say a 30-year-old male subject had been stabbed by a 31-year-old male subject. The victim was hospitalized for injuries. The suspect was lodged in the Dickinson County Correctional Center on unrelated drug charges.
The incident remains under investigation, and a report will be forwarded to the Dickinson County Prosecutor’s office for further review.
