MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Economic Club of Marquette County is hosting their next dinner and meeting this Monday evening at the Ramada Inn in Marquette.
Econ Club member Tom Baldini visited The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to preview the evening’s presentation featuring guest speaker John Nevin, Public Affairs Advisor to the U.S. Section of the International Joint Commission of the US and Canada or better known as the IJC.
Baldini said Nevin will be discussing several water related concerns with impacts across the board including drinking water, commercial shipping, hydroelectric power generation, agriculture, industry, fishing, recreational boating and shoreline property.
The Econ Club social hour begins at 6 PM. Dinner is served at 7:00 PM and speaker at 8:00 PM. The evening concludes promptly at 9:00 PM.
Baldini added that the deadline to register for Monday’s dinner is today.
