Iron County, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Iron County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the location of the body of an Iron Mountain man who had been missing since last week.
The body of 57-year-old Robert Polich was found last night in Chicaugon Lake.
Reports say a fisherman called authorities after finding an overturned boat on the lake and searchers located the Polich’s body near shore a short time later.
Investigators say Polich appears to have accidentally drowned and no foul play is suspected.
He had not been seen since last Thursday evening.
