The Auburn Hills-based automaker says they have discovered a problem with the fuel tank control valves on approximately 16 vehicles.
Chrysler is recalling over 1,900 vehicles built last fall to check the valves on those cars. The damage could lead to leaking fuel or an engine stall.
Owners will be notified by mail and the valves will be replaced free of charge.
