Hancock, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Hancock City Police have released more information about a fire at Fine Line Tire in Hancock yesterday evening.
Authorities were called out shortly after 6:00 p.m. and found a semi trailer used to store old tires on fire next to the building.
As fire crews worked the fire, a man was found near the trailer yelling for help.
The man was taken to UP Health System-Portage and was later airlifted to a burn center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The investigation is continuing and Hancock Police are asking anyone who may have any information related to the fire to contact them at (906) 482-3102.
