MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Preparations are continuing today for the 126th Annual Ski Jumping Tournament at the Suicide Hill Ski Bowl in Ishpeming.
The tournament is hosted by the Ishpeming Ski Club and and is being held tomorrow starting with trial rounds around 6 p.m.
A welcome reception is being held at the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame tonight in Ishpeming from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Organizers say the reception is open to the public and is a an opportunity to meet the jumpers competing at this year’s event.
